The Experiment

Gladiator asks whether giving can feel more participatory, more public and more interesting without turning generosity into empty spectacle.

The project explores rounds where people pitch, persuade and invite a community to influence how a pool of money is distributed.

How A Round Works

1. A pool is created.
2. Participants make bids.
3. Community members allocate Kindness Points.
4. The round closes.
5. Results are calculated.
6. Funds are distributed.

Current Phase

Gladiator is in an early experiment phase. The first versions are designed to test the rules, incentives and social dynamics before treating the idea like a finished product.

Where applicable, early rounds may be funded by Sturves or Progressionary while the model is being tested.
